Colleges and departments on campus use multiple formats for requesting reference information.
- Reference Request Questionnaires – These are customized questionnaires developed by individual colleges and departments to define the specific sets of information they are interested in getting from references. Typically, these do not provide the opportunity to upload a general letter of recommendation.
- Document Uploads – The system will direct you in uploading a document, i.e. letter of recommendation.
Please be sure to read the directions carefully for each recommendation you submit to ensure that you are providing the information as requested. Deadlines for submission of recommendation are noted under the recommendation request section.
